customizable templates, and real-time audience engagement features like polls and Q&A.
As part of the Design Team at TwentyThree, I contributed to the redesign of the Webinar Room within Webinars product, a core pillar of the TwentyThree Video Marketing Platform.
Together with my design lead, Sander Kuypers, we explored and prototyped multiple concepts to improve the overall experience. We collaborated closely on defining user flows and interactions, with Sander ultimately shaping the final visual direction.
The result was a fully reimagined, modern webinar interface designed for both clarity and flexibility.

WebinarTray is a feature within the Webinar Room that helps users plan and produce webinars in the same environment they present them.
It introduces a first-of-its-kind, drag-and-drop production timeline, allowing hosts to line up scripts, slides, videos, TV cards, polls, and more - all in one place.
I was responsible for designing the core interactions and user flows of the Tray elements to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience within the webinar room.
The final visual direction and refinements were led by Sander Kuypers, who enhanced and unified the overall design language.
