Goatcast.fm is a side project I'm building together with Paweł Pawłowski, a modern podcast hosting platform focused on simplicity and ease of use.

As the Product Designer, I owned the end-to-end design process, including information architecture, user flows, UX, and UI design. I also created a lightweight design system to ensure visual consistency and speed up development, which helped us efficiently build the core views and components.

I also contributed to early product decisions and the overall direction of the platform as it continues to take shape.
